The shock absorber welding machine is designed based on the workpiece with protrusions on the bracket and inner plate provided by the customer. The thickest plate thickness of the welding material is 4.5mm+2.5mm (with 5 welding protrusions on one side). This welding machine adopts pneumatic pressurization and vertical movement of the upper electrode. Each model has the characteristics of simple and compact structure, novel and beautiful appearance, stable performance, safe and reliable use, high efficiency and energy conservation.

2. Using a welding system to simultaneously weld both sides of the bracket and the inner plate of the bracket, with a total of 10 welding protrusions, the operator places the workpiece into the positioning fixture, which can achieve automatic positioning welding and ensure the accuracy of the workpiece after welding and welding quality;
3. The positioning fixture should be made of copper as much as possible to reduce the heating of the fixture;
4. Adopting a direct solenoid valve to accelerate the reaction speed, significantly increase the operating speed of the upper pressure head, and reduce air flow loss;
5. The secondary conductor adopts the upper insulation method, which ensures stable and reliable insulation performance;
6. The main circuit adopts a water-cooled high-power IGBT module, which has strong output, stability, and reliability, and the water distributor can be installed outside the equipment;
7. All waterway components are made of copper and stainless steel, equipped with a visual water flow display to display the water flow situation;
8. The operation is controlled by a manual switch, which has high production efficiency and safety protection, and low labor intensity;
9. Equipped with a touch screen for quick switching of welding processes;
