UV laser marking machine belongs to the series of laser marking machine, it is developed by 355nm UV laser generator. The machine adopt three-order intracavity frequency multiplication technology. 355 UV focusing facula is much smaller compared with fiber laser. It greatly reduces the mechanical deformation of the material and has little heat influence on the processing materials. It is mainly used for ultra-fine marking and engraving. It is especially suitable for marking food, medical packaging materials, micropores, high-speed division of glass materials and silicon wafers complex graphics and other applications.Product Features:
- Can mark on character of 0.1mm height and get through 10um micropore.
- Excellent marking and coloring effect, especially on the high polymer material and plastic which is hard to be marked by infrared laser.
- No residue, no carbonization, no deformation when working. Finished marking surface is smooth.
